Jon Wampler, of JRW Consulting, has been providing consulting services and providing opinions as an expert for cases involving the healthcare industry since 1999. His clients come from many different arenas in healthcare including; large medical groups, individual physicians, state governments, IPAs and related healthcare providers.
What distinguishes Mr. Wampler is his 30 year broad experience in the industry. He carefully selects each assignment after considering how best he can serve his client.
Due to the breadth of his experience, Mr. Wampler is uniquely qualified to speak about matters involving contracts, medical practices, disputes between physicians, managed care plans and patients. He has been intimately involved with creating and developing HMO and medical groups and is familiar with most aspects of managed care including Medicare risk contracting.
Mr. Wampler currently serves both public and private company boards giving him contacts in a wide variety of contemporary health care organizations. A frequent university lecturer on ethics, he speaks with both graduate and undergraduate students about the importance of ethical behavior in corporate America. He has long believed that ethics and leadership are among the most important of his personal attributes.
